GENERAL
Your jewelry.
A part of the collections is handmade in my workshop using gold filled wire ( 14K - 585/1000). Every piece of jewelry is the result of a meticulous work, where only the hand guide the material, without machine or welding. The other part of the collections is crafted in collaboration with a trusted partner, in a workshop also located in the north of France. Thanks to their expertise, they precisely craft our pieces in gold-plated brass and 925 silver.
Gift.
All pieces are carefully protected in their Anna Shelley box. Whether you are treating yourself or gifting a loved one, your jewelry always comes beautifully gift-wrapped.
The first name of the person who places the order is handwritten on the packaging. If it's a gift for someone else, please email us with your order number so we can write their name instead.
Care.
Avoid contact with water, chemicals, or cosmetics, especially perfume, as much as possible. Remember to remove your jewelry before going to bed, exercising, or swimming. We recommend storing your jewelry in its original Anna Shelley box, away from light and humidity, and avoiding any kind of friction or impact.
You can gently clean your jewelry with a clean, soft cloth.
Repair policy.
Repairs are free in the event of a manufacturing defect, upon presentation of the invoice. Materials can naturally develop a patina over time. We decline all responsibility if the problem occurs after wearing jewelry without proper care.
However, we will be happy to repair your piece upon request. If a repair is technically possible we will send you a quote. Write to us at contact@annashelley.fr and we will explain how to proceed.
SHIPMENTS & RETURNS
When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
Your Anna Shelley order will be packed by hand and dispatched within 2,3 working days. However, delivery times may increase during high season, please contact us at contact@annashelley.fr for more information. You will receive tracking information as soon as your jewelry have been dispatched.
How long does it take for delivery?
Our delivery times are two to five working days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your shipping address is incorrect, please email contact@annashelley.fr , and we will be happy to amend it. However, we disclaim any responsability for non-receipt of packages due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, its reshipment will be at your expense.
How much are customs duties and taxes?
There are no customs fees within the European Union.
International orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the receiving country. These fees are established by your country's government in accordance with import and export regulations and will be charged by the shipping company. We are not responsible for these fees, which will be the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We can exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please email at contact@annashelley.fr to notify us that you would like to return your piece and we will share return instructions.
We are unable to cover the cost of returns.
We always recommend that you send your return back via tracked service.
Products non eligible for return.
Products purchased with promotional codes or discounted items are not subject to exchanges or returns. Products that have been worn, damaged, stained, or are the subject of a clearly abusive return will not be accepted. In that case, the package will be returned at your expense.
