Avoid contact with water, chemicals, or cosmetics, especially perfume, as much as possible. Remember to remove your jewelry before going to bed, exercising, or swimming. We recommend storing your jewelry in its original Anna Shelley box, away from light and humidity, and avoiding any kind of friction or impact.

You can gently clean your jewelry with a clean, soft cloth.

All pieces are carefully protected in their Anna Shelley box. Whether you are treating yourself or gifting a loved one, your jewelry always comes beautifully gift-wrapped. The first name of the person who places the order is handwritten on the packaging. If it's a gift for someone else, please email us with your order number so we can write their name instead.

- All pieces are shipped from my studio in Lille, France.

- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours, from Monday to Friday.

- In France, standard shipping is complimentary on all orders. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days and requires a signature upon receipt.

- Express shipping is available for €10. Orders are shipped via Chronopost, with next-day delivery before 1 p.m., against signature.

- International orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery is fast and reliable, generally taking less than one week depending on the destination.
